HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER WRIT PETITION No.17960 of 2017 ORDER : (ORAL) (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) This writ petition 1s filed by the petitioner for the fallowing relief:

"...... Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the case of the petitioner herein on par with petitioners of the Writ Petition No.23519 of 2005 and batch, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently to direct the respondents to pass similar orders that have been passed in case of the effected petitioners in Writ Petition No. 23519 of 2005 and batch dated 21.01.2014, WP No. 21195 of 2014 and 23718 of 2014 dated 17-032017, granting relief of regularization, pay fixation and arrears of salary, if any, from the date of initial appointment on par with the petitioners of Writ Petition No. 23519 of 2005 and batch dated 21.01.2014, WP No. 21195 of 2014 and 23718 of 2014 dated 17-03-2017, and pass such other order or orders ......" 2.

After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the respondents for providing all monetary benefits from the date of her initial appointment as Watch woman and her services may be regularized in the said category in terms of the decision

SKK,J & Dr. SA,J W.P.No.17960 of 2017 rendered by this Court in Writ Petition No. 23519 of 2005 and batch, dated 21.01.2014.

Permission is accorded and the petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation to the respondents within a period of three weeks from today. We hereby direct the respondents to decide the representation being made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such representation and the decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week thereafter.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
