THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P. No.1287 of 2017 ORDER:

No representation for petitioner on 21.02.2018 as well as today.

The Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that the prayer of inaction made against the respondents is not available. In the circumstances of the case, namely that the Revenue Divisional Officer, Rajampet has cancelled the assignment in favour of the petitioner and by virtue of the order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, the assignment standing in the name of original assignee is to be continued. According to him, the petitioner, if aggrieved is required to challenge the orders of Revenue Divisional Officer, on being successful can insist upon implementation in revenue records.

Petitioner, having regard to the stand taken in the counter affidavit, is given liberty to challenge the order of Revenue Divisional Officer, in accordance with law. Writ petition is dismissed accordingly. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
