Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader submitted that the issue raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 22.03.2016 in W.P.No.28149 of 2009 and batch.

In view of the same, this writ petition is also disposed of with the following observations:

"In view of the granting of ten months time by the 2nd respondent to the petitioner for shifting its crushing unit from the old leased area to the identified area in the Bandaraviryala Mining Zone in respect of subsisting lessees, no further orders need be passed in all these cases, except recording the time of ten months granting to the petitioner for shifting his crushing unit from the old leased area to the newly allotted area in the Bandaraviryala Mining Zone, and such shifting shall be regulated by respondent Nos.1 to 5 in accordance with law.
