THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRL.R.C.M.P. No.5031 of 2016 AND CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.3183 of 2015 ORDER:

This criminal revision case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.PC challenging the order dated 12.12.2013 in M.C. No.141 of 2012 on the file of the Court of the Judge, Family Court, at L.B. Nagar, Ranga Reddy District.

The first respondent herein filed Crl.R.C.M.P. No.5031 of 2016 seeking permission of this court to compromise the case with the petitioner and to set aside the order dated 12.12.2013 in M.C. No.141 of 2012.

The petitioner and the first respondent are present before this court. Sri R.Venkat Rao, learned counsel identified the petitioner. Sri P.V.Sanjeeva Rao, learned counsel identified the first respondent.

The petitioner and the first respondent, in one voice, submitted that they have settled the matter outside the court at the advice of the elders. The first respondent submitted that the orders of the trial court may be set aside in view of her compromise with the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to permit the first respondent to compromise the matter with the petitioner.

Accordingly, Crl.R.C.M.P.No.5031 of is ordered.

Criminal Revision Case No.3183 of 2015 is allowed, setting aside the order dated 12.12.2013 in M.C. No.141 of 2012 on the file of the Court of the Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal revision case, shall stand closed.
