This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 18.10.2016 passed in I.A.No.559 of 2016 in I.A.No.705 of 2014 in O.S.No.548 of 2009 on the file of the Court of XXIV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Courts at Hyderabad.

Learned counsel for both parties submitted that the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous, in view of disposal of O.S.No.548 of 2009.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for both parties, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
