O R D E R

This writ petition was filed by the Depot Manager, Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation, Gannavaram Depot, against the Award dated 03.07.2007 passed by the Labour Court, Guntur, in I.D.No.111 of 2003.

The first respondent herein was the claimant in the said I.D. The writ petition was however dismissed for default against him pursuant to the order dated 24.06.2011 passed by this Court. The validity of the Award under challenge cannot be examined in the absence of the first respondent, at whose behest it was passed.

The writ petition therefore fails in its entirety and is accordingly dismissed.

Interim order dated 17.06.2008 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
