Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 24.01.2017 passed by this Court in WP.No.2315 of 2017, the respondent issued proceedings dated 01.11.2017 rejecting the petitioner's case; and that challenging the said proceedings dated 01.11.2017 the petitioner filed separate writ petition.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
