HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 9134 OF 2016 ORDER:

Petitioners are members of Class-IV Employees Association, who have been allotted certain land by the respondents. This allotment was pursuant to the agreement entered in their favour by the said association. Petitioners allege that the respondents are trying to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the property without following the due process of law. Learned Government Pleader appearing for Revenue states that the respondents will follow due process of law. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to follow the due process of law before interfering with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner's subject property. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
