HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.24810 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings in Rc.No.3, dated 15.06.2017, issued by the 4th respondent, served to the petitioner on 30.06.2017, thereby relieving him from service without implementing G.O.Rt.No.383, dated 28.06.2017, issued by the 1st respondent pursuant to G.O.Ms.No.102, dated 27.06.2017 and not extending his age of superannuation from 58 years to 60 years, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents to continue the petitioner in service of 4th respondent till he attains the age of 60 years by setting aside the proceedings dated 15.06.2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in similar circumstances the Division Bench of this Court disposed of WP.No.18205 of 2014 and batch on 07.03.2017. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Co-operation submits that the aforesaid order has no application to the case of the petitioner, since the 4th respondent, where the petitioner is working, does not come under Schedule IX or X of the A.P.Reorganisation Act, 2014.

The same was not disputed by the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above, I do not see any ground to entertain the writ petition for granting relief of continuing the petitioner in service till he attains the age of 60 years. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
