THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.648 OF 2000 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the interim order, dated 11.04.2000, passed in W.P.MP.No.7931 of 2000 in W.P.No.6004 of 2000. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to filing of this Contempt Case, the aforesaid order, dated 11.04.2000, has been vacated by order, dated 19.08.2003, in W.V.MP.No.1732 of 2000.

In view of the same, it cannot be said that the respondents have violated the order, dated 11.04.2000. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed. No costs.
