HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT APPEAL No.218 of 2016 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Mr.V.Ganesh Bhujanga Rao, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant would be satisfied if writ petition itself is decided finally.

This writ appeal is directed against an interlocutory order passed by learned Single Judge on W.P.M.P.No.26937 of 2013, whereby the petitioner's prayer for interim suspension of his termination has been rejected.

Keeping that in view, the writ appeal is disposed of as not pressed with a request to learned Single Judge to decide the writ petition expeditiously.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
