HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.20213 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondent insisting the petitioners to acquire 7th class qualification for promotion to the post of Sanitary Mastry as illegal and bad. This Court granted interim order on 22.09.2003 and subsequently modified it on 06.04.2004.

It is represented that in view of interim orders dated 22.09.2003, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. Considering the same, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of interim order. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
