This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C., to withdraw O.S.No.372 of 2006 from the file of II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil court, Hyderabad and transfer the same to any other Court of Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court at Hyderabad.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the very purpose of filing of this petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any filed in this civil miscellaneous petition, shall stand closed.
