It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the suit in O.S.No.8 of 2010, on the file of the Agent to the Government (District Collector), Kakinada, East Godavari, is disposed. Hence, the contempt case may be closed.

Recording the same, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
