THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.3468 OF 2016 ORDER:

1. This petition is filed by the petitioners-accused Nos.1 to 4 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against them in D.V.C.No.5 of 2016 on the file of the XI Metropolitan Magistrate at L.B. Nagar, Ranga Reddy District.

2. Heard and perused the material available on record.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of the proceedings in the above DVC, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought by the petitioners. However, the presence of the petitioners No.2 to 4-A2 to A4 before the trial Court is dispensed with, except on the dates when their presence is specifically insisted by the trial Court. The 1st petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court and represent petitioners No.2 to 4 in the above DVC on all hearing dates.
