HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.2573 OF 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 3 and 4 to implement the orders of the District Registrar & Inspector of Registrar of Registration Offices, Visakhapatnam as made in proceedings No.G1/1964/2015, dated 08.09.2016 by removing the entries in the concerned records maintained by the 3rd respondent and mutating the names of the petitioners in the records maintained by the 4th respondent, forthwith in terms of the representation dated 03.10.2016, 13.10.2016, 01.11.2016. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue produced letter dated 16.03.2017 addressed by the Joint SubRegistrar-20, Madhurawada to the Station House Officer, P.M.Palem Police Station, Visakhapatnam City and also FIR No.148/2017 regarding registration of crime which was registered basing on the letter issued by the Sub-Registrar. He also submits that the petitioners have to make necessary application in Form-6A as per Rule 18 and Section 4(1) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, for mutation of their names in revenue records in respect of the subject property.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners will make necessary application.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make application in Form6A of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and on such application being filed by the petitioners, the 4th respondent shall pass orders, in accordance with law. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
