ORDER:- Heard.

2. Petitioners claim to be absolute owners of agricultural lands admeasuring Ac.8-45 cents, Ac.13-94 cents and AC.2-48 cents of Routhugudem Revenue Village in Jeelugumilli Mandal of West Godavari District. Petitioners claim that the respondent authorities have been repeatedly visiting the aforesaid lands with an intention to purchase the said lands from third parties on a false claim by the third parties that they are owners of the lands of the petitioners. Hence, petitioners made a representation on 19.06.2015 requesting respondent Nos.1 to 5 to bring to their notice that petitioners are the owners and the third parties, from whom they are contemplating to purchase the lands, are not the original owners of the lands. Present writ petition is filed for a direction not to vacate the premises and to direct the respondents-authorities to refrain from purchasing the petitioners' lands from third parties.

3. I am unable to see how petitioners are aggrieved. If respondent Nos. 1 to 5 purchase the land from anybody else, it is for the respondents to verify the title and purchase the lands from the original owners. Petitioners cannot compel respondent Nos.1 to 5 to purchase the lands from them only and not from others. It is always at the risk of the purchaser and the purchase is always governed by the principle, 'Buyer Beware'. Hence, the direction as prayed for by the petitioners cannot be granted. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
