Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration & Urban Development and Smt.G.Jhansi, learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent-Vijayawada Municipal Corporation. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that, for redressal of their grievance, petitioners herein submitted a representation on 13.07.2017 to the second respondent and the same is pending consideration. Eventually a request is made by the learned counsel to direct the second respondent to verify the representation, dated 13.07.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein, and to take appropriate action, in accordance with law.

In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to verify the representation, dated 13.07.2017, submitted by the petitioners herein, and to take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
