THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No. 1273 OF 2016 ORDER:

On 27.08.2016 when this matter was listed, learned counsel for the second respondent submitted that the order of this court has been complied with by removing the encroachments made by the fifth respondent. Learned counsel for the petitioner had taken time for verifying the same and this Court directed the matter to be listed under the caption, "for orders".

Today, learned counsel for the petitioner once again sought time. I am not inclined to grant time inasmuch as the learned counsel for the second respondent had submitted that the order has been complied with by removing the encroachments made by the fifth respondent. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the second respondent, the Contempt Case is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
