HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT HYDERABAD FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA AND THE STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH PRESENT THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.2539 OF 2015 DATED: 09.02.2015 Between:

Smt. Rasheeda Unnisa ... Petitioner And The State of Telangana and others ... Respondents

THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.2539 of 2015 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Habeas Corpus stating that the petitioner's minor son aged about five years has been taken into custody by the fourth respondent - father. Admittedly, it is not a case of police detention. Going by the statement and averment in the Writ Petition, it appears that it is purely custody dispute between the parents. Many things have been set out in the Writ Petition. We are not really inclined to go into the same as we feel that we have no jurisdiction to decide the issue. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach appropriate forum in accordance with law, as may be advised. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
