When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for reddressal of the grievance petitioner herein has submitted a representation on 15.03.2018 to the Superintending Engineer, Irrigation Circle, Kadapa, YSR District/fourth respondent herein, but no action has been taken so far.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, this Court in the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, deems it appropriate to direct the fourth respondent herein to verify the representation dated 15.03.2018 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and take action strictly in accordance with law, if the said representation is pending as on date.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
