under the caption "for being mentioned" for extension of time and modification of the bail conditions imposed by this Court vide common order, dated 14.05.2025 in Criminal Petition Nos.6523, 6526 and 6531 of 2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this Court vide common order, dated 14.05.2025, has allowed all the Criminal Petitions, however, it is noticed that at paragraph No.10 of page No.5 of the common order, this Court inadvertently directed the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 4 and 6 to surrender before the Judicial Magistrate of Siricilla, within 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order instead of directing the petitioners to surrender before Station House Officer and on such surrender, the Station House Officer was directed to release the petitioners on bail. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays this Court to extend time granted to the petitioners to comply the conditions imposed vide common order, dated 14.05.2025.

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits filed in support of these applications and in view of the above submissions, these interlocutory applications are allowed by modifying the paragraph No.10 in page No.5 to the extent below: "10. Taking into consideration of the above facts, this Court is of the considered view that petitioners/accused Nos.1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 are entitled for grant of anticipatory bail, subject to the following conditions:

The petitioners/accused Nos.1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 shall surrender before the Station House Officer, Sircilla Town Police Station, Rajanna Siricilla District on or before 31.05.2025, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and on such surrender, the said Station House Officer shall release the petitioners/accused Nos.1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 on bail on their executing a personal bond for Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each with two sureties for the like sum each. 2.

On such release, the petitioners/accused Nos.1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 shall appear before the concerned SHO at 11.00 A.M. on every Saturday, for a period of eight (8) weeks, or till filing of charge sheet whichever is earlier, for the purpose of investigation and thereafter, as and when required. 3.

The petitioners/accused Nos.1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 482 (2) Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhitha, 2023 and co-operate with the Investigating Officer in investigating the case. The remaining part of the common order, dated 14.05.2025 shall remain unaltered.

Registry is directed to issue a fresh copy of the order, dated 14.05.2025, forthwith.
