THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.30042 of 2010 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed for the following relief: "to declare the action of respondents 2 to 4 in interfering with the civil dispute between the petitioner and respondent No.5 covered in the suit O.S.No.3626 of 2010 on the file of V Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad and threatening the petitioner and his family members from enjoying the property including obstructing the installation of electrical meter in the 3rd floor of the petitioner's house as illegal, unauthorized and violative of all canons of the principles of law and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the property rights of the petitioner."

This Court by order dated 01.12.2010 directed the respondents 2 to 4 not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and respondent No.5. It is also stated that it will not preclude the official respondents from taking appropriate action as per law, if there is any complaint from either side as to law and order problem.

In view of the said interim order, no further orders are necessary and recording the same this Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
