Petitioner complains against seizing lorry bearing Nos.AP 04 TW 5445 and AP 04 TW 2564 as illegal and unconstitutional and seeks release of the vehicles.

Learned Government Pleader for Home submits that the subject vehicles have been deposited before the concerned Magistrate Court. Since the vehicles are deposited with the Court of competent jurisdiction, the petitioner has to move the Court for appropriate reliefs.
By granting liberty to the petitioner to file application before the concerned Magistrate Court for release of vehicles, the writ petition is disposed of.
