2017-06-22M.S.Ramachandra Rao1 pages

THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.20290 OF 2017 O R D E R :

Heard counsel for the petitioner.

2.

Petitioner claims that the 4th respondent obtained appointment on compassionate ground in Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation as a legal heir of their mother by forging the signature of the petitioner on a 'No Objection Certificate' and that the 4th respondent therefore should be not allowed to continue in the post of Public Health Worker in which she has been appointed.

3.

It is not in dispute that the Lokayuktha has directed the 2nd respondent to enquire into the allegations made against the 4th respondent and the petitioner is also participating in the said enquiry. Therefore, I see no reason to entertain this Writ Petition.

4.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed at the admission stage. There shall be no order as to costs.

5.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
