THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.930 of 2016 ORDER:

This contempt case was instituted alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 22.04.2016 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.13735 of 2016.

It is now represented by Sri Siva Sankara Rao Borra, learned counsel for the petitioner, that in the light of the averment made in paragraph 6 of the counter-affidavit filed by the former Commissioner, Vijayawada Municipal Corporation, presently the District Collector, Ananthapuramu, through Sri T.S.Venkata Ramana, learned counsel for the respondent, to the effect that Vijayawada Municipal Corporation has already initiated steps to get the college evicted and to change the usage of the building, the contempt case does not survive.
