OFFICE NOTE KS,J I.A.No.1 of 2022 20.04.2022 This petition is filed by the petitioner/Accused No.1 seeking for relaxation of the condition No.3, imposed by this Court on 02.11.2020 in Criminal Petition No.5075 of 2020 wherein the petitioner/accused No.1 was directed to appear before the concerned Investigation Officer on every Sunday between 10.00 am and 5.00 p.m. till completion of investigation and filing of final report.

The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner stated that the petitioner is complying with the said direction, which is not disputed by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.

In the said circumstances, the condition No.3 imposed by this Court on 02.11.2020 in Crl.Petition No.5075 of 2020 that petitioner shall personally appear before the concerned S.H.O. between 10.00 a.m and 5.00 p.m till completion of investigation and filing of final report, is hereby relaxed.
