THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.32193 of 2017 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Standing Counsel that, by way of a letter, dated 16.09.2017, the respondents-GVMC cancelled the building permission of the petitioner herein. In view of the above, no further adjudication is necessary in the present Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner herein to assail the above said order of cancellation, if he is advised to do so, in appropriate proceedings.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
