THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITOIN No.15822 of 2019 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

2. The petitioner claims to be running a business of car washing centre in the name and style of Sai Balaji Water Washing at Plot No.13 in Sy.No.145, Karmanghat, Saroornagar, Ranga Reddy District. Petitioner alleges that without following the due process, straightway the said centre was closed and the same was illegal. Aggrieved thereby, this writ petition is filed.

3. Learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3, on instructions, informs that as the sealing of the premises was without following the due process of law, steps are being taken to remove the lock and seal and seeks liberty to the Municipal Corporation to take appropriate action as warranted by law against the petitioner.

4. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to forthwith remove the lock and seal of the premises above mentioned and permit the petitioner to carryon his business. However, this order does not come in the way of the respondents to follow the due process of law to take any action against the petitioner on any violation of the provisions of the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
