HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE D.V.S.S.SOMAYAJULU APPEAL SUIT No.420 of 2003 ORDER:

Both the counsel for appellant and respondents are present in the Court pursuant to the notice by the Court based on the note of the VR Section. They state that, to avoid conflicting judgments, the matter be returned to the III Additional District Judge, Tirupathi, to be decided along with A.S.No.78 of 2003.

Hence, the Appeal is returned to the III Additional District Judge, Tirupathi, for disposal along with A.S.No.78 of 2003. Registry is directed to send all the records pertaining to A.S.No.420 of 2003 to the III Additional District Judge, Tirupathi, for disposal along with A.S.No.78 of 2003. The Appeal is ordered accordingly.
