HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.10218 of 2003 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in not sending the petitioners for apprentice training to R.I.C.C, Tirupathi as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter has taken up for hearing on 9.11.2015, on the request of learned counsel for petitioners it was adjourned by one week and when it was came up for hearing on 16.11.2015, again time was sought for and on request of learned counsel for petitioners, the matter was adjourned with the observation that no further adjournment will be granted.

Today, when the matter is called, learned counsel for petitioners again sought for time. I am not inclined to grant any further time and inspite of posting the matter with such a specific direction, no interest is evinced in prosecuting the case.

Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
