Sri Ganesh Rao representing Sri Ravindra Bharati, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the cause in the Writ Petition no more survives. Therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous and to that effect, he endorsed on the writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel there to, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
