HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.13632 OF 2018 O R D E R :
This writ petition is filed for the following relief; "... to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents more particularly the 3rd respondent herein for harassing the petitioner in the absence of any complaint against the petitioner and in absence of petitioner's name in FIR No.118/2005, dated 16.08.2015, as illegal, arbitrary, in violation of natural justice, in violation of fundamental rights of the petitioner besides in violation of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner by calling the petitioner to the police station in the name of FIR No.118/2015, dated 16.08.2015 in absence of any complaint whatsoever and to pass such order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit just and proper in the circumstances of the case."
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that initially, petitioner's name was not mentioned in Crime No.118/2015, subsequently, during the course of investigation his name was included as Accused No.2 in the said crime and that they will follow due procedure before taking any action against the petitioner/Accused No.2.
Recording the aforesaid submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
