ORDER:- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned government pleader for Revenue.
2. The case of the petitioner is that her father-in-law Suryanarayana Raju
@ Arasavalli Raju was having two sons viz., Siva Surya Venkata Krishnam Raju and Appala Narasimha Raju and was having lands in Survey No.114 to an extent of Ac.4-08 cents, Survey No.115 to an extent of Ac.4-03 cents and Survey No.116 to an extent of Ac.6-15 cents situated at Polipalli Village, Bhogapuram Mandal, Vizianagaram District. Out of the said lands by virtue of the succession petitioner is in possession of the lands in survey No.114 to an extent of Ac.102 cents, Survey No.115 to an extent of Ac.1-11⁄2 cents and Survey No.116 to an extent of Ac.1-56 cents. It is further stated that petitioner has applied for mutation before the 4th respondent on 01.10.2015. Since no action is taken by the 4th respondent, the present writ petition is filed.
3. Since petitioner states that she has filed application under prescribed proforma under Form 6A, I deem it appropriate to direct the fourth respondent to consider the said application, on its own merits, in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
