THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION NOs.4588 & 4595 OF 2018 COMMON ORDER:

These criminal petitions are filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/A-3 in C.C.No.2 of 2017 & C.C.No.3 of 2017 on the file of District Sessions Judge, Machilipatnam, Krishna District, for the offences punishable under Sections 406 & 420 IPC, Sections 3 & 4 of Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act & Section 5 of APPDFE Act. During hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner Sri Challa Ajay Kumar requested this Court to grant liberty to the petitioner for filing appropriate application before the Trial Court for discharging this petitioner for the offences mentioned supra for. In view of the specific request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without touching the merits of the cases and grounds urged in these petitions, liberty is given to the petitioner to file appropriate applications before the Trial Court. In the result, both the criminal petitions are disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand closed. No costs.
