THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER CRIMINAL PETITION No.146 of 2017 ORDER:

This transfer criminal petition is filed under Section 407 Cr.P.C., to withdraw S.C. No.166 of 2017 from the file of the court of Family Court VII-cum-Additional District & Sessions Judge, Medak at Sangareddy to any competent Court at Hyderabad. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for respondents and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. 3.

At the time of hearing, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioners is to provide sufficient security to the petitioners so as to attend before the Sessions Court at Sangareddy. He further submitted that the trial court may be directed to examine the petitioners on two different dates. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that they are ready to provide sufficient escort to the petitioners to safeguard their interest. He also submitted that they will provide one Circle Inspector, two Sub-Inspectors and twelve Police Constables to safeguard the petitioners. In view of the submissions made by both the parties, this court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Commissioner of Police, Cyberabad, is hereby directed to provide security to the petitioners, as proposed by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on the dates of the adjournment of S.C. No.166 of 2017, so as to enable them to depose evidence before the Court, from their residence to the Sessions Court at Sangareddy and from

Sessions Court to their residence. The trial court is at liberty to fix the schedule for examination of the petitioners on two different dates.

With the above observation and direction, the criminal petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
