HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION NO.4444 OF 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking to quash the order dated 27.04.2019 passed by the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the Trial of Jubilee Hills Car Bomb Blast Case-cumAdditional Family Court-cum-XXIII Additional Chief Judgecum-IX Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, in Crl.MP.No.1307 of 2018 in M.C.No.335 of 2017. The Court below directed the petitioner (respondent in the Court below) to pay an amount of Rs.7,000/- per month each to the respondents 2 and 3 totalling to Rs.14,000/-. The present petition is filed to reduce the interim maintenance amount with regard to the financial issues of the petitioner. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to pay Rs.

11,000/- to the respondents 2 and 3 per month till the disposal of M.C.No.335 of 2017. Further, the petitioner is directed to deposit the arrears at the rate of Rs.11,000/- per month amounting to Rs.2,05,000/- in four equal monthly instalments commencing from 05.01.2020 together with regular interim maintenance at the rate of Rs.11,000/- per month.

With this direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
