As per the counter filed on behalf of the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition, pursuant to the direction in disposal of the W.P.No.2202 of 2017 by this Court, dated 24.07.2017, the representation of the writ petitioners was disposed of and there is nothing to admit the application for the alleged contempt. Accordingly, the contempt case is closed. Remedies of the party or otherwise available if at all aggrieved by that dismissal of the representation left open.
