THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE P.KESHAVA RAO WRI T PETI TI ON NO.15910 OF 2019 ORDER: (per SK,J) Challenge in this writ petition was to the sale notice dated 20.07.2019 issued by the State Bank of India proposing to auction the petitioner's properties in Turkayamzal Village of Hayathnagar Mandal and Doctors Colony, Saroornagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. These properties were offered as security interest to the bank by the petitioner. 2.
Notice having been ordered in this case, Sri N.Meher Prasad, learned counsel, entered appearance for the respondent Bank. He would inform this Court, on instructions, that owing to the defects in the impugned sale notice dated 20.07.2019, the bank itself decided to withdraw the said sale notice. He would further inform this Court that no sale would be held on the strength of the said sale notice and pray that liberty may be given to the bank to proceed in the matter in accordance with law.

In the light of the aforestated development, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. This order shall however not preclude the respondent bank from taking further steps in accordance with due procedure, as and when warranted.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
