HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4605 of 2018 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioners/A1 and A2 seek to quash the proceedings in FIR No.312 of 2017 of Raidurgam PS, Hyderabad district which was registered for the offence under Section 498A IPC.

2) When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 18.04.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Raidurgam PS, Cyberabad Commissionerate and submitted that in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed on 21.03.2018 and case was registered as C.C.No.1079 of 2013 on the file of XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Rajendranagar and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in FIR No.312 of 2017 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

3) No representation for learned counsel for petitioners. 4) In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
