HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.13570 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief; ".....to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not fixing the rate of admission for the petitioner theatre as per the application dated 04.04.2018 as illegal, null void and arbitrary and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interests of justice."

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home representing the respondents are in agreement that the issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 31.10.2016, in WP.No.19046 of 2014 and batch; and, order, dated 13.04.2017, in WP.MP.No.16343 of in WP.No.18779 of 2014.

Having regard to the facts and submissions and for the reasons alike as were mentioned in the afore-stated orders, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the aforestated orders. No order as to costs. Office is directed to enclose copies of the afore-stated order, dated 31.10.2016 in WP.No.19046 of 2014 and batch;

and, order, dated 13.04.2017, in WP.MP.No.16343 of 2017 in WP.No.18779 of 2014 to this order.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
