HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 5303 OF 2004 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the petitioner retired from service and this Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant status-quo orders, by orders dated 22.03.2004. In view of the interim orders, the petitioner was allowed to continue in service and he has attained the age of superannuation.

In view of the above, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition and the Writ Petition is accordingly closed. 3.
