This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') is filed by the petitioners/A.1 to A.5 to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.77 of 2014 on the file of Matwada Police Station, Warangal District, for the offences under Sections 270 and 273 of IPC.

Heard Sri K. Surender, learned counsel for petitioners. Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that trial in Cr.No.77 of 2014 on the file of Matwada Police Station, Warangal District, was already completed and the case was ended in acquittal, as per the Judgment dt.30.08.2015, and in view of the same, the present Petition to quash the Proceedings in Cr.No.77 of 2014 has became infructuous and prayed to dismiss the petition.

It is seen that pending Criminal Petition, no stay was granted. In view of the above respective submissions of both sides, this Criminal Petition , which is filed for quashment of the proceedings in Cr.No.77 of 2014 on the file of Matwada Police Station, Warangal District, is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
