ORDER:

The petitioner claims to have been appointed as Civil Assistant Surgeon in the year 1999. Though he rendered 16 years of continuous service, his probation is not declared and eight years and twelve years increments are not granted to him. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has submitted representations dated 16.02.2016 and 20.02.2016, but the same were not disposed of so far.

2) Having regard to the above, without expression any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Commissioner, Telangana Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, Hyderabad and Director of Medical Education, Hyderabad, Telangana State to consider the representations dated 16.02.2016 and 20.02.2016 respectively with reference to his claim for granting increments of 8 years and 12 years and to declare probation, as expeditiously as possibly preferably within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
