I.A.No.1729 of 2017 filed by the petitioner, who is plaintiff in O.S.Nos.156 of 2007 and 36 of 2009, for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner for determining whether the suit land is situated in Survey No.19 or Survey No.10/8, having been dismissed, the unsuccessful petitioner/complainant, filed this revision petition. 2.

In my opinion, the petitioner cannot take aid of an Advocate Commissioner, for resolving the issue as to whether the suit property falls in a particular survey number or not in that; it falls in the realm of substantive evidence, which the parties are liable to adduce before the Court.
