This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 29.10.2015 passed in O.S.No.1185 of 2006 on the file of the II Additional Junior Civil Judge Court, Warangal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the trial Court disposed of O.S.No.1185 of 2006 on 20.09.2018. As per the office note furnished by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of the suit on 20.09.2018. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the purpose of filing this revision petition became infructuous.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
