This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order of suspension of the petitioner dated 03.12.2011.

This Court, by order dated 30.12.2011, granted interim suspension, as prayed for.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that consequent to the interim order passed by this Court, the petitioner was reinstated into service and therefore no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
