This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/respondent Nos.2 to 5 in DVC.No.58 of 2010 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Suryapet, to quash the proceedings against them in the said DVC.

At the hearing, Sri Venkat Challa, learned Counsel representing Sri T.Pradyumna Kumar Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioners, submitted that the matter has become infructuous and that no further orders are required to be passed in this Criminal Petition.

Recording the above submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioners, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
