THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.11951 of 2013 ORDER:
The petitioner complains against the 2nd respondent in not registering FIR when a complaint is filed on the loss of Intermediate Certificates bearing Registered No.1877137 with Serial No.3391/ 548428 through M.N.R.Junior College, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional. The Assistant Government Pleader (Home) relying upon the written instructions dated 08-05-2013 firstly submits that the complaint said to have been given was not made to 2nd respondent and secondly the petitioner if approaches 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent is under obligation to rec eive the complaint and proceed in accordance with law. The statement of Assistant Government Pleader, referring to written instructions dated 08-05-2013, is placed on record. I am satisfied, having regard to above circumstances, the writ petition can be disposed of by this order. The petitioner is given liberty, by enclosing a copy of this order, to file a c omplaint of loss of Certific ates before the 2nd respondent. The 2nd respondent is directed to register the complaint and
proceed in accordance with law. The petitioner is given twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to file a complaint as permitted by this order.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
