Heard Mr.Radha Krishna Polisetti for petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader (Assignment) of respondents. The petitioners challenge the order dated 17.06.2017 of the 4th respondent. The petitioners have also filed appeal against the order before the 3rd respondent. The Assistant Government Pleader places on record the order of 3rd respondent dated 22.04.2018 in file Rc.No.548/ IDT/ 2017. According to respondents, since the appeal filed challenging the very same order is dismissed, the petitioners have to work out the remedies before the revisional authority. Mr.Radha Krishna, on behalf of the petitioners, contends that the respondents are not satisfying the Court that not only the orders were passed but also were communicated. Hence, he requests 30 days time to avail statutory remedies. The request is not opposed. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of by this order. (a) the petitioners are given liberty to challenge the order dated 22.04.2018 in file Rc.No.548/ IDT/ 2017 within four weeks from today;

(b) the petitioners are also given liberty to enclose a copy of this order in the revision they propose to file; and (c) the revision, if is filed, as permitted by this Court, the revisional authority entertains and disposes of the revision expeditiously.

There shall be no order as to costs.
